In simple words, I would say if you follow all the instructions as given by your faculty members, then yes you can be assured you will be placed. Actually Salary package depends on factors like specialisation, Institute, Company offering job, students academic performance, work experience etc. As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
