NIT Rourkela, is known for it's placements, faculty and infrastructure. School of management has a decent exposure to business world. It currently offers the Human Resource, Marketing and Finance specializations. The average CTC offered is INR 6 LPA. B club is Business club formed by SOM, NIT Rourkela. Also, you'll get ample opportunities for jobs for NIT brand value as well. Best wishes. -
Hi Pranay, NIT Rourkela is the best-known college for technical studies but it is still raising its wings to be a renowned B-school. The placement scenario of MBA is improving a lot and doing well. Year by year its placement statistics is increasing as well as the number of students taking admission is also increasing.
This year the placement scenario was good enough. Companies like Aakash Institute, Axis Bank, Tata Consultancy Services, ORMAS, etc. Are coming for campus recruitment and taking a good number of students.
Most of the students are getting placed.
