Hello, LPU is the best option for Mechatronics. LPU is a brand in itself. It has been ranked as one of the best universities by various agencies on the basis of its infrastructure, its placements, its pedagogy, its faculty, to mention a few. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. Big companies like Google, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Amazon, Adobe, etc. Come for recruitment purpose. Most of the CSE students are placed in good companies with high package. B.Tech Mechatronics is a niche programme but much sought after at LPU due to stellar placement record. Even the national news network Zee News Survey rated LPU as 11th Best in India in Placements. With all the eligible students taking their dream offer before passing from campus it is highly rated. One of my friend's brother took admission in LPU and appreciated the efforts of the staff of University. He told that LPU is best for B.Tech (Mechanical-Mechatronics) as this university provides updated curriculum, exposure and good placements as well. B.Tech Mechatronics Engineering offers an advanced insight into engineering fields such as mechanical, electrical, electronics, computer Science, instrumentation, & control systems. The companies which have visited as of now are: Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Capgemini, Verizon, SAP Labs, Hitachi Power, Videocon, L&T Technology Services, Ericsson, HCL Technologies etc. He told that apart from this the student has the career in Defence Services, Indian Engineering services, PSUs like NTPC, NHPC, ONGC etc. , Higher Studies like M.Tech, MBA. , Core Industry (Manufacturing/Design Industry), Software Industry and Food processing Industry (Milk Plants) Hope this helps.
