How is MITCON in terms of faculty members? I'm very much confused about 2-3 colleges in Pune.

Faculty members are selected from the industry and they are very co-operating to the students. They teaches student from their level. Faculty are just awesome as compare to other institutes. They are very experienced in teaching and also have large experience from the industry also. So worry not about faculties. I am so much confident the faculty members are just awsome.
