Your academics are very good and you are eligible for ITM with specialisation HR. The course structure and faculty members are very good at ITM. And when we talk about placements the highest package offered in HR is around 9 LPA and the minimum package offered here is 4.5 LPA.

Hi Shivangi, NIA is National Insurance Academy and does not offer HR course. If you got selected in ITM Navi Mumbai then you should go for it because at NIA courses are purely based on finance and insurance and banking field.
