Proactive - D Y Patil University has taken very good care of placements for BBA, though student opinion varies. The highest placement goes up to the level of INR 21 LPA, and lowest around INR 6.9 LPA. Placement rate is around 90%. Infosys, Reliance Industries, Wipro, Axis Bank are some of the recruiters. However, a few students feel that placement efforts are below par, and one has to become self-reliant in finding employment. Proactive - D Y Patil is not too bad on the placements front for its BBA program. However, the track record is not rich. Institutions have a placement cell with a fixed objective of trying to invite all the companies, but students feel that they will have to fend for themselves in looking for a job and this is especially true for the BBA placements. For BBA pass-outs, the placements are a bit below par and it is rarely an easy game to get through campus recruitment.
