    Okay, first and foremost, decide which branch you are most interested in, Chemical or ECE. That should be your primary concern while making the decision. In case your interest lies in chemical engineering, then RGIPT is a good place for you. The one thing RGIPT is good for is what they teach you there. It's the best in class. Second, don't choose RGIPT just for placement. The placement scenario in RGIPT is very dynamic and unreliable. But still, don't make your decision based on the placement statistics. The placement scenario in RGIPT can change for better or for worse. Third, I see a lot of people wanting to come to RGIPT for PSU job
