According to my opinion RIIM will be better Option because They conduct more than 15+ industrial visits and they have 1 month induction programme which is very interesting, it includes guest speakers, team building workshops, corporate training sessions, outbound tours, adventure activities etc. RII

IILM, Noida is better than the peer and their cost is also too much. If you are okay then go, but if you have a good MAT score, you can have same placement almost with low cost course.
