Yes, it is a good course with very nice professors and curriculum. But of course, you have to look into your interests as well. All courses in TISS are nice and taught by the experts from different fields, so you have to decide which course is best for you.

The programs in Tuljapur campus is also good as like Mumbai campus. Fortunately this time in tuljapur campus students of rural development got good placements in the government project when compared to last year.
