How is Sharda University for media and communication? Do I need to appear for any entrance exam for the same after 12th?

For this domain, I won't recommend Sharda University, it's just a average college for study specially in Journalism.
You may consider these options
IP University
Apeejay satya University
IIMC
Amity university
Ambedkar university
