SOIL offers PGPM and 2-year PGDM, two MBA programmes. While the 1-year PGPM is primarily for experienced professionals looking to upgrade their skills, the 2-year PGPM is open to both freshmen and experienced professionals. In contrast to PGPM, PDDM is a programme that the AICTE has approved. However, both programmes are equally well-regarded by employers and provide excellent job placements. Additionally, they offer 100% placement, and the 32 SOIL Consortium companies support and develop their curriculum.

MBA courses at SOIL are AICTE approved. SOIL has been co-created by a consortium of big companies and due to its extreme relevance of curriculum with the market requirements SOIL is one of the best options available for an MBA in India.

SOIL is a new & decent institute. They have 100% placements and the average package offered is more than 10 lakhs. You can go for it. Companies must be accepting its degree.
