how is Southern medical university of china ? Is it right for a Indian student to go and study there ?

Yes it is a good University, however I would be glad to introduce you to some of the best Universities in China. If you have good percentage in your 12th and have decent amount to spend, then I would suggest better Universities than the Southern Medical University : http://www.chinambbs.org/chinese-
