Hello Neelakandan, The college that you are mentioning gas a reasonably good academic standing. About selection of branch. I would like to advise you that the opportunities in Aeronautical Engineering branch in India at present are quite low and on the other hand opportunities in mechanical engineer

Mechanical and MBA is very explosive combination. This is the best if you can.

Yes, one can of course be a doctor and an engineer in India. Theoretically, one can study both sequentially and obtain both degrees.
