Please specify tough in terms of what you are asking. If you are asking in terms of study,schedule will be hectic and there might be cases that you will sleep only for few hours. But this you can expect from any good B-School. This is part of B-School culture. In terms of rules, SIBM Pune is pretty decent. Even teachers, admin, everyone is very helping
