How is Surana College, Bangalore for B.A. Psychology? Is it worth all the cost as I am from Guwahati, Assam?

I have passed 12th with 83.2% and I'd also like to continue my dance training. As I don't belong to a financially strong family, I'd have to consider the living expenses and everything too as I'm from Guwahati. Also which one should I consider between psychology and mass communication? Please answer
