I am currently in final year B.Tech Biotechnology and in terms of pursuing biotech, Thapar is great as it has great labs and some really great faculty members. Along with this, there are a lot of tie ups and grabs for research work. As for the placements in India there aren't many options. But, th

Well, B.Tech Biotechnology from Thapar is a pretty good option. It is one of the best alternatives for the medical students (who are not going for MBBS) as they have UG, PG and even PhD to offer.
