It looks like that you are new in the banking sector. For getting jobs in banks, common recruitment exams are conducted.
IBPS conducts the common written exams for nationalised banks, for the post of PO, Clerk & SO.
Rather than this, many banks conduct their own exam like Bank of Baroda. SBI conduct
