IMS Noida is one of the best institutes in category of 2nd tier colleges. The college has good reputation among other colleges and companies. The infrastructure of the college might be not so huge but the quality of education is provided in this college. There are many assistant professors who teaches there subjects really well, and there are few who lacks interest and teaching skills. One more thing is that IMS Noida doesn't host many cultural/technical events, so they don't invite other colleges for competition. You'll have to visit other colleges for competitive events. For outdoor games, they only have football and volleyball ground, now they have started to teach boxing, classical dances and few other indoor games & activities. The placement is alright in this college. Every company demands skills and willingness to learn in the candidate. So, if you've them you'll get placement with a good package. Every year 1525 companies visit/invite IMS's students for interviews. To my knowledge, if you're not able to get admission in top tier colleges, then IMS is a good option too. But remember you'll have to work and study harder in a course like BCA. Do not solely depend only on course's syllabus to make a career. Learn new and different things from other platforms, master them, work on some live projects, internships, start-ups etc. Whatever to increase your knowledge, skills and experience.
