First you have to prepare for English grammar , and make habit to read at least 20-30 sentence daily and learn more than 20 difficult words daily for this you can take an pocket dictionary this is very helpful for this, You can make a diary and write some sentence from your daily life in English in your diary , this will really helpful

Spoken English classes are conducted by many institutes both class room. CDs and cassetes are available in leading book shops. But the best way to learn spoken English is practice. Listen to others speaking English, improve your vocabulary, try to speak English with what ever knowledge you have, read language newspapers and magazines.
