Full‑fledged academic infrastructure: GIBS has smart classrooms equipped with audio‑visual systems, digital classrooms, computer labs, and other labs (including specialised labs such as innovation / research / marketing / IT labs depending on course).

Library & study resources: There is a library (with both print and digital resources, including e‑journals, open‑access repositories, business‑studies resources) for student and faculty use.

IT & WiFi connectivity: The campus is WiFi‑enabled and supports online access for learning / research / assignments.

Seminar/auditorium/conference infrastructure: GIBS campus includes a duplex auditorium, conference and seminar halls, an amphitheatre, and other venues — useful for guest lectures, workshops, cultural events, seminars, etc. 

Cafeteria / mess / dining options: For food and refreshments, there is a cafeteria / mess on campus, providing meals and snacks to students and hostel‑residents.

Recreation, extra‑curricular & sports facilities: GIBS offers a variety of recreational and sports amenities — including indoor and outdoor games, a sports arena (outdoor courts / grounds), gyms, yoga/dance rooms/studios, and a multipurpose club‑house / recreation area. 

Health & medical support: The campus provides basic medical assistance — a doctor on call and first‑aid facilities.

Transport & accessibility: There is transport / commute support for students for easier access to campus or nearby PG/hostels (especially useful for those not staying on campus).

Co‑curricular / extracurricular & holistic development support: Through the auditorium, amphitheatre, dance/yoga studios, clubs and sports, GIBS encourages holistic development beyond academics (fitness, cultural events, social & leadership activities).

GIBS believes in continuous improvement in academic and institutional quality by collecting structured feedback from students and recruiters, mentoring reviews, classroom evaluations, placement interactions, and post-recruitment reports. Students give regular inputs regarding teaching methodologies, relevance of the curriculum, facilities on campus, and overall learning experience. These are reviewed by bodies such as the Academic Council and IQAC to make updates in the curriculum, introduce new skill-based modules, or refine teaching methodologies. The recruiter feedback is sought after internship drives, placement processes, and industry visits to understand industry expectations, emerging trends, and skill gaps. Based on such information, course content is revised, more industry-aligned certifications are offered, better training is provided for placements, and corporate partnerships are strengthened.
