Staying at LPU Hostel is a wonderful experience. I would like to mention the perks of hostels at LPU. Firstly, it is safe and secure, there are CCTV cameras and everything is being monitored also guards keep watch 24*7. Secondly, one who opts for hostel it will be time saving as lot of time gets wasted in travel when someone stays outside. It becomes hectic. Thirdly, Food is available on time, there also is a separate place for study I. e Study Room in each hostel where one can indulge in studies without any hindrance. Apart from this every essential services are available within hostel premises like canteen, tuck shop, photostat shop, ATMs, sports ground etc.

LPU freshmen have a safe and good environment. University is a world of its own. To talk about some of the unique things I noticed about this university: It has a diverse culture with 6,000 international students from over 70 countries, it must be a great experience to study in such an environment. Nobody cares how you present yourself, it's normal or nothing new, so you can rock sunglasses, ripped jeans, girls in skirts, shorts, jam somewhere with friends, maybe enjoy music from blue speakers. You have an idea. Express yourself without praise or talk. The university is big, I mean massive, never boring, free to roam, boys even have their own evenings. I saw boys playing badminton in the middle of the night, some chatting, others chatting and enjoying the music in the university. This university never sleeps. There is something for everyone, painting, dancing, singing, learning guitars, drums, snooker clubs, sports fields, ice rink, bowling, playground, shooting range, indoor and outdoor games, large playgrounds, separate for boys and girls, there are also over 300 shops around the university, including Dominos, CCD, Restaurant Nonveg. They even have a huge indoor swimming pool and a large cricket stadium currently under construction.

Being passed out from LPU, certainly my suggestions will help all students who is starting there educational journey. Surely, LPU is the place I feel connected with. When I had to start my journey at LPU, I was anxious before joining, but when the days passed it felt like place or rather educational institute with entire world in one campus. LPU demands huge input from students be that in education, cultural events, sports or other activities. This in turn benefits students in building their skills, aptitude and knowledge. First semester maximum devotion should be given to understand the curriculum, make connections with respective faculty members get doubts cleared from mentors assigned to each section in order to facilitate studies. For all freshers I recommend to opt for hostels as this will help to get familiar with university in short span of time, also it is safe and is hassle free. I was a hosteller and my experience for hostel life was remarkable, food was being provided on time with multifarious options for each meal, library was within reach and I was able to be at classes on time unlike students staying outside. With all these study oriented activities, LPU has lot to offer in term of cultural, sports and social service events. Participation in these events definitely will boost the confidence level and time will be utilized efficiently. Diversity at LPU is one thing which teaches students about various cultures, build the connect with different people from different places which is a leap towards equality and I used to relish the moments spend at Division of Student Welfare where we used to get opportunity to take part in events like One India, One World etc. Last but not least, do not restrict yourself from exploring. Look for every possible opportunity around and give your 100% as after this course of time you will come out as a different and better person.

You are free to express yourself, without being complimented or talked on. The university is big, I mean massive, you won't ever get bored, you are free to roam, for boys even its nights. I saw boys playing badminton in the middle of the night, some chatting, some having a gossip, enjoying music all around the university. This university never sleeps. There is something for everyone, painting, dancing, singing, learning guitars, drums, you name it, from snooker clubs, Fitness centers, Skating zone, bowling alleys, gaming zones, shooting ranges, indoor and outdoor games, big playgrounds, separate for boys and girls, more than 300 shops all around the university include Dominos, CCD, Nonveg restaurant as well. They even have a massive indoor swimming pool being built right now and a big cricket stadium.

Thank you so much for asking the question. The campus is huge and you'll like it. Student life is also very good. In the starting days, you will find it a little bit tough but then you'll enjoy it. I am a resident student in LPU, living in GH 5 I went through all the answers over here and I agree with everything. Regarding overall experience, I'll give 7.9 points to the Studies and 8.5 to the part of my life spent there. ! Other than that, The university in India which has a maximum number of international students is Lovely Professional University. Despite its best-in-class infrastructure, academics also provides good security as well. Surveillance cameras in every corner and it has zero tolerance for ragging, therefore, making it a safe environment to live in. Happy Stay in Lovely Professional University! Life is more or less how you make it to be. LPU is merely the medium. In a way, it's like the google search engine. If you input studies in the search bar, you get tons of results related to studies. Also, the fact that you googled studies is fed into the database. And you get advertisements related to various coaching institutes and preparation apps. LPU is the same in that aspect. If you show interest in studies, you get to meet like-minded students. If you opt-in for hostels, they can be your roommates. This affects your social media. Your friends following academic pages triggers the suggestion system. Soon enough, you realize you're following all the same pages because your friends shared a Chemistry meme you couldn't SEE because the page was private. Next step, you're in the same clubs, same coaching classes, same workshops, summer training internships, etc. You find a new interest: making neat and colorful notes. You buy no-line notebooks and fill them in with multicolored pilot pens and sometimes, even crayons. Studies begin to feel more. Exciting. When you look at your notebooks, they look like works of art. You buy an Arduino to experiment with it a bit. You end up burning off all your money on sensors and actuators because the thrill of making something that can induce a bit of change in the physical world, is addictive. You make 3d printers,2d plotters, websites, and miniature SCADA systems using relays, rasps, and microcontrollers you bought from the basement tuck shop. People notice your work. Meanwhile, your notetaking habit helps keep your grades up. You become eligible. You try for GATE/PSUs /other government. Exams. Or This can go any other way. In houses 30k+ students from 29 states and 50+countries across the globe. *The campus of LPU is surrounded by trees and gardens that make the teaching and learning environment more comfortable. The pollution-free and healthy environment at the LPU campus is another major highlight of the campus. *The LPU central library is one of the major attractions of LPU. The library has Lacs of books in various subjects, and it helps students to clarify their subject related doubts.
