How is the campus placement for the MBA candidates at BITS, Pilani?

There are companies like Bombardier,CTS, Accenture, India Mart, VFS Global, Holiday IQ, DreamVu etc. coming for recruitment. Highest package offered up till now is Rs 17.3 lakhs and minimum is Rs 6.5 lakhs.

For the MBA the average is about Rs 8.5 lakhs, highest is for Bombardier Rs 17.36 lakhs and lowest is for KPMG Rs 6.5 lakhs. Major recruiters are CTS, Accenture, Indiamart, VFS Global and above two. Best wishes.

Well, I don't have any idea about BITS Pilani, If you are not choosing Lovely Professional University for MBA, make sure you are into Iims or the deemed government business schools of India. Moreover, I would suggest you go through NIRF rankings 2020 for B-Schools and plan accordingly. Also, spending more money on colleges has nothing to do with the quality of education. It has to do with the quality of their infrastructure (for private colleges). I did MBA from LPU and LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. I would say, The Business School of LPU is accredited by (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry-experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. LPU has recently Marked among the Top 50 Best Management Institutes by NIRF ranking 2020. Also, LPU has won National Employability Award 2020. Lovely Professional University is quite eminent for the MBA. You can do MBA in different streams like Financial markets, International Business, Tourism and hospitality, Banking and insurance, E-Commerce, Fintect, Business Analytics, etc. So you can choose any of the above-revealed streams according to your area of interest. Most of faculty members are from IIM or from elite B- Schools (India/Abroad. They have decade of experience. Faculty was really helping. Even they helped her after regular university hours for her projects. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. There is a huge opportunity to get placed in a good MNC through Lovely Professional University. Many placement drives are organised by the university to get more jobs for their students. The campus placement for the MBA candidates is quite good. The program is certainly on an upswing and the placement statistics are enhancing year after year. The current average compensation is around INR 8.5 LPA. BITS Pilani’s MBA has a unique feature of sending its student to 6 months Practice School Internship in the last semester of the program, which includes the companies like Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, CISCO, HDFC, Morgan Stanley etc. The students may convert this internship into full time offers which is also an added advantage in terms of Placement.

Dear Khusboo, If you are able to get admission in BITS, Pilani campus for MBA, then I would say its a great opportunity for you. BITS, Pilani is the top private college for engineering & management in India. Its placement is also good. But your salary will not just depend upon the brand value of BITS but also on your profile. The more hard work you do, the more salary you will get. So, do some efforts from your side also. Coming straight to your question, its campus placement is also good. Look Khushboo it depends upon your academic result and the skills that you learned during your studies or you have. Basically, last year lowest package was Rs. 6 lakhs and highest was Rs 14 lakhs. So its totally depends on you that how you perform in academic, your skills and most important in the placement interview. As per me I would prefer it as it is a good college and you can get a good package with good campus placement.
