How is the career after masters in medical microbiology?

I'm Shravan,I did BSc Bachelor's in MLT. I wanna to do masters in medical microbiology But Problem is that After Visiting Some colleges They Informed that Very Less chances to Get jobs So i need clarity. Can any one suggest me.If i Do Msc medical microbiology Stipend is offerd or not?
