Hi Arumima ,HR in Alliance is known as OLS , its a mixture of Observation Behavior and HR, Alliance offers 100% placement irrespective of what specialization u take. India's best faculties available are teaching in Alliance who will guide you and make u learn in each and every step.

According to alliance statistics of previous years placement records the average package is 6.5 lakhs per annum where as the highest package is 12 lakhs but all depends on how well you perfrom in these 2 years of MBA.

The college is much good for HR, the hr subjects are starting even from first semester and the faculties are all well experienced from international universities and it's having good placement records also.
