How is the college for MBA finance? How much percentile is required in MHCET or CMAT, Do they have foreign study tour? Is it govt college?

Last question first, PUMBA is a university department of Management Sciences which is autonomous. and NO we do not have foreign study tour. PUMBA has some excellent faculty for finance so its good for finance too.
Regarding percentile you have to check last year DTE's website, i think around 96-98 percentile will get you through! -
College is a university department under Pune University. I am assuming by foreign tour you mean foreign exchange, it is not there. If you are Maharashtra state candidate , MH CET cut off for the last year was 96.9 %ile and if you are OMS student cut off for All India seats was 99.21%ile for different exams like CMAT, CAT, MAT . MBA Finance is good at PUMBA, placement is good.
