How is the Counselling process of IIIT Hyderabad done? I am also Appearing for JEE Advance 2019 and applications for IIITH has been started.

So, If I apply for IIITH Counselling and in case I want to take Admission in IIT's then the Fees I have paid in the Counselling process will go in Vain. Also, I have achieved 99.81 Percentile and most probably I think I could get CSE in round 1 or 2 of IIITH, then can I wait for JoSAA counselling?

I don't Know why people never read the Question and Understand What People are expecting you to Answer. If there would be an option to ban this User from Writing further Answers, then You would be in top list with many more.
