How is the course curriculum of B.E. in Biotechnology Engineering at Sinhgad College of Engineering?

<p>B.E. in Biotechnology Engineering is a four-year undergraduate program that brings together engineering and biological sciences by the Sinhgad College of Engineering under the name of B.E. in Biotechnology Engineering where the curriculum of such fields is balanced, for instance, with the core subjects such as Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Immunology, it is supplemented with engineering topics such as Thermodynamics, Fluid Flow, and Bioprocess Engineering.The final year also covers electives. Some of the elective subjects in the final year include Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and Stem Cells. Project work is part of the curriculum which covers such areas as Bioinformatics and Biosensors.
