To take admission in an Architectural college or course, you need to score 50% in your 12th. The mandatory subject is Mathematics. Candidates who belong to Backward class categories or with this-ability (of Maharashtra state), must have secured minimum 45% marks. It is must to pass NATA to join B.Arch. Anywhere in the country. There are exceptions also, for example, you can join the Schools of Planning and Architecture under MHRD by writing JEE (Mains) paper 2. Minimum NATA marks required, is 80 out of 200.

Cut-off in Architecture colleges vary a lot. So, it would not be easy to predict cut off for an architecture college. The normal index value is the NATA exam scores which are considered for cut-off.
