Dear Aspirant, I have no idea about B.Arch programme at NIMS University but being alumni of LPU, I can share the details of B.Arch programme at LPU. The Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for B.Arch is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English and also 60% marks in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics or Pass with 60% in Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. (with Mathematics) or equivalent, subject to qualifying marks in NATA 2021 or JEE Main (Paper-II) (90 percentile or above) or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by the statutory body for 2021-22). INNOVATIVE TEACHING Architecture Students During Experiential Learning Week-Architecture Students documented the buildings and learning from Live Case Examples during experiential learning week. Technical Exposure Through Regular Site Visits-Architecture Students paying regular site visits and gaining their knowledge on the latest construction techniques and implement them into their design projects. There is a different school for B.Arch I. e. School of Architecture that provides differential programme outcome from basic to the advanced one I. e the School inculcates practical implication and go beyond the conceptual understanding. # The programme is structured in five groups taking care of the every dimension of the growing and ever changing design industry viz. Core Courses, Supporting Courses, Skill Development Courses, Management Courses, Elective Courses. #The curriculum is benchmarked against the most renowned institutions of the world and is further strengthened through live design projects which help thorough assimilation of theoretical concepts. # The focus is on application oriented teaching with live architecture design projects, extensive model and field work. Hi, NIMS University is a Self-Financed University located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. It is recognized by UGC established under the NIMS University Act 2008 by the government of India. NIMS University has established NMIMS School of Architecture and Planning in the year of 2010. The official website ishttps://nimsuniversity.org/nims/schools/school-of-architecture-and-planning/. Admission criteria for B.Arch : The admission is based on the scores in NATA (National aptitude test in architecture). However, the criteria is 50% marks in NATA and 50% marks 10+2 marks. The annual intake is said to be 30 for B.Arch. Infrastructure: NIT has a good Infrastructure that includes a departmental library, well-equipped & lighted Design Studios, Arts & Graphics Studio, Lecture Halls, Exhibition Hall, Workshop, and Computer Lab. Faculty: The college has well qualified and experienced faculty who are aimed to provide better education. The reviews regarding the college about the infrastructure and faculty are also good which makes it one of the recommended choices for B.Arch.
