Hi, The CSE branch of LPU is in high demand. If I talk about the placements especially for the year 2021, pandemic doesn't stop LPU from getting the students placed. Every company conducted online tests and interviews, and the students were informed prior about the same. I must say that LPU nailed this time also if I talk about the placements. Let's discuss the stats of placement of CSE/IT- Students are placed in WorkIndia at 35 LPA; CLOUDERA at 31 LPA; AMAZON at a package of 30 LPA. COMMVAULT SYSTEMS INDIA PVT. LTD. at 20 LPA, INFINEON TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PVT LTD - 13.75, etc., An average package ranges from 5-10 LPA. Now coming to the faculty, LPU has an Efficient & knowledgeable faculty from premier institutions such as IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. There are continuous efforts by faculty to contribute to the upliftment of student's careers. All the faculty members are very professional. It's not an easy job to get into LPU as a faculty member. Our mentor always keeps on telling us about the mind boggling screening process and whole day long interview for getting into LPU as a faculty member. I mean to say, The university is maintaining world class standards and this can be seen in case of faculty members also. As foreign students are also studying here so the faculty needs to be up to that mark. Lecturers in LPU are very supportive. If we talk about education in LPU, trend here is very different. The faculty keeps on pushing and motivate students for studies. Every section is assigned with a mentor who is responsible for the students. In first year, We have on mentorship session in a week, where you can discuss your issues(it can be personal also) and it's the responsibility of the mentor to guide and assist the student. Talking about placements. Placements for CSE in Lovely Professional University are good. The packages offered are average, around 3-5 lacs per annum. On an average every student have at least one offer in hand. Companies like TCS, Cognizant and Birlasoft are our top recruiters.

There is strong system for attendance, education and examination. You have to follow the timetable for your classes and maintain the good percentage in attendance.
