    The teaching staff in AIMS – Atharva Institute of Management Studies includes 55% of the staff with the Ph.D. degree and 33% of the staff with more than 10 years' experience in the industry. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:15, allowing individual concern and client relationship. Teaching experience of the facultymembers is 12 years and industry experience is 8 years. About 80% of faculty have published research papers in leading journals of the country, and 60% have paper presentations in national and international seminars. In the faculty, there are 45 NMU, of which 5 are accredited from the prestigious universities of the world.
