<p>Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research at Kolkata is indeed a premium institute across India. It's NIRF rank too has climbed two places and now in 2024, stands at 22 as compared with rank in the year 2023. One of the major criterias which NIRF looks at is the availability of faculty with suitable and excellent academic credentials. The very fact that this institute has shown improvement in rank of NIRF in 2024, as compared with the previous year is a testimony to the fact of its excellent faculty.
