The faculty members are usually experts in the industries they teach and thus focus on teaching practical skills and knowledge that the students will be able to use in the job market more so in courses like Computer Science, Electronics, IT. This has worked very well for most of the professors who practise this method of teaching, which is practical in nature within their mentorship towards the students in such projects and even in the industry.
