The faculty at REC is well qualified. Most of the professors have an advanced degree in the likes of M.Tech, Ph.D., and significant industry experience too. Such devoted faculty members strengthen the academic background and often engage in research and innovation as well as skill development work. They employed a number of new-age teaching methods, including, among others, practical knowledge through project-based learning. Faculty members are approachable and take interest in mentoring students too. The college also encourages and accommodates the continued development of faculty through workshops, conferences, and training programs
