When it comes about faculty of TKR college of Engineering and technology, only 4 or 5 are Phd holders in their fields. All other faculty members are either M.Sc with B.Ed or M.Tech with 8 to 10 years of teaching experience. Teaching experience enhances the teaching ability of professors. But if some one has Phd, then it increases the knowledge boundaries also. So for faculty teaching I will rate 3 out of 5.

All the faculty members have the experience of teaching for more than 8 or 10 years which enhances the teaching ability. So they have experienced faculty members which is very good.
