How is the faculty at VSM College?

<p>The faculty of VSM College is well known for a synthesis of quality both of excellence and scholarship in every field listed in the litany (sometimes many lists of) disciplines. Professors and lecturers, as a rule, are highly qualified, there are big amounts of teaching material and, as a rule, not less, experience to be transmitted. They are defined by the importance related to an interactive teaching approach, such as by the promotion of student peer interaction, critical argumentation and experimental applicability of theoretical ideas. Faculties are also, however, productive, helping, and positive in the way of assisting/mentoring students in the areas of academia. This dedication to student learning also is evidenced by the richness of the student-faculty interactions that contribute toward a positive teaching learning climate. Furthermore, there are faculty conducting research, community engagement and/or service, all of which benefit the good name of the college and which give students a firsthand experience of working in the real world. VSM College staff in general are critical enablers in making an environment of learning vibrant and intellectually stimulating.</p>
