Yes it is best from BIT Mesra because DTU is a government college and BIT Mesra is a private engineering college. According to the placement statistics, one can say in no doubt that DTU is the best. Students prefer to get admission there as placement, academics, facilities and faculties are the best in DTU. Also, the fees for BIT Mesra is much higher than DTU so in my opinion DTU is the best option for admission than BIT Mesra.
