How is the faculty of this college? How better is this college as compared to others?

The best thing about NSB is that it is a typical B-School and follows a good mix of academicians and practitioners. As far as I know, the universities are dominated by academic people who are intense in theory and those programs are more suitable for people going to teach. The industry view is important for students looking for corporate jobs. Therefore, I personally feel that the practical view that industry people bring is important. This happens very well in NSB.

Dear Veera, I must say that NSB is know for its excellence in program delivery. Faculty have a good mix of academicians and industry people. NSB's chairman is a industry person with over 30 years of corporate experience as Head-HR, ITC. President himself is a doctoral degree holder in Management with an American MBA. This is to say why NSB focuses on good teachers. Student feedback is taken after 2-weeks of commencement of lecture. The faculty is retained to teach during the semester only when the professor scores high in confidential student feedback. This ensures high quality professors in the class. Every subject is integrated with industry speakers. For e.g. If you are taking marketing course, there will be series of speakers from various aspects of marketing starting from advertising to sales to digital marketing. This makes the courses wholesome.
