    Honestly, it's quite open here at IILM University.

    Faculty members encourage students to visit their cabins for doubts or even career guidance. Most professors are friendly and welcoming. They talk to us like mentors, not strictly as “teachers.” Students are also assigned faculty members as "mentors." They can go to their mentors for any guidance or concerns, and there are also brief meetings held with the mentors on a monthly basis or so to keep them informed or raise your doubts.
