    IT industry is in the process of slow decline. The majority of Indian IT companies business is from North American companies. With outcry against outsourcing in the USA and visa restrictions, jobs have started outflowing back to the USA. Some of the western countries have also started following the USA. It is now expected that new job generation in IT industry will reduce. Further, industry is moving towards automation. The major job losses are because of professional lack new skills and their non-willingness to change.
