    According to me, the course is good and placement opportunities are good. If you have little background in electronics in your PUC is enough. Mainly if you are interested in networking and communication fields, you can succeed.

    Yes communication is the future. You can see the current development and innovations going on in this field. Just a few years back, 2G was introduced in India and before everyone get 2G, 4G was introduced. Many people overlooked 3G. This rapid development is enough to indicate that communication technology is changing rapidly and India has enormous amount of work to do this. Still 70% of Indian population is devoid of internet. So, this all shows the need of hour and ample amount of opportunity in communication field. Good knowledge in the field of physics and maths mainly optics.
