How is the GD and PI experience at UPES ? Is it tough competition there ?

GD topics are pretty easy like "Should we follow ethics", "Cheerleaders are not required in India" etc
PI is focussed on personals, Graduation, work-ex and hobbies/curricular activities.
It is not tough to get through, but you must practice a bit like preparing personals and trying out a few GDs wit
