The topics are easy such as demonetization and budget which were asked last year. As for extempore ordinary items like knife, motorcycle, basketball were given and you have to speak on it for 3 minutes atleast. In totality, it's easy.

The selection process consists of 3 rounds- Essay writing followed by GD and PI. The topics for both GD as well as essay includes General awareness and the current topics like last year there was demonetization as one of the topic.

GDPI will be easy. You will be ask about your height, girlfriend, etc. In PI (this is what they asked me), I know this is funny but maybe they are checking your confidence through these type of questions. In GD, they gave us abstract topic amitabh vs abhishek. So, don't worry give your best and yes confidence is the key to success!
    Cheers.
