For GD-PI, be well versed in the current global news. You will be given a topic and asked to discuss on it. Towards the end, each one will be given 3 minutes to speak again incase they wish to add something that wasnt said during the GD.
For PI, you will be asked questions based on you profile, for eg. if you are from engineering background, you might be asked a few basic engineering questions. General economic questions like the major sector of india, or the various ministers of india or just they might ask your opinion about a certain topic like net neutrality or something like that. entire process will last for about 2 hours or so.

The GD/PI process is rigorous. The competition is tough so one needs to perform fairly good to get a seat. You need to brush up your knowledge about the day-to-day happening and prepare accordingly. Some recent issues needs to be studied well for GD and updated current affair to crack the PI.
