HR program here is good with esteemed faculty and highly learned lecturers. Placement for HR is mainly into the PSU's with packages ranging from rupees 5 lakhs per annum to as high as rupees 14 lakhs per annum.

Yes, placement for all the specialization is done by DMS.
ISM is popularly known for its HR as records says that every year the highest placement getting candidate belongs to HR specialization. HR course curriculum is also excellent with most of the faculty members from IITs.

You can get into the BTech courses offered by IIT (ISM) Dhanbad through JEE Mains. However, JEE Mains isn't enough. One must clear JEE Advanced to get into any of the IITs. The same applies to the IIT Dhanbad admissions as well. To summarise:
