Candidate must have studied Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics/Biology subjects with above mentioned marks in the above subjects taken together from any recognised Board/Council. The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State. Candidates who are appearing at the qualifying examination are also eligible. Maharashtra State candidates must have to appear for MHTCET. All India Candidates need to appear for MHTCET/NEET. Candidate must have completed Bachelor Degree in Architecture from All India Council for Technical Education or Council of Architecture or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least mentioned marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories / EWS /PWD belonging to Maharashtra State only. Candidates appearing for final year of qualifying examination are also eligible.
