Students will be assisted by the placement team and faculty in finding appropriate career paths in analytics, finance, human resources, operations, research, back-end consulting or corporate support functions where communication skills are crucial but aggressive sales techniques are not required. Mock interviews, aptitude training, resume development, domain-based skill development and one-to-one mentoring will help students to gain confidence at their own pace and develop industry-specific skills. By interacting with industry professionals regularly, working on real-life projects and having access to internships, students have the opportunity to expose themselves to real-world experience in a low-pressure environment. GIBS Business School, Bangalore, offers the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme. All applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify for admission to the PGDM programme at GIBS Business School:

Education: Applicants must have completed their Bachelor's Degree from a recognised college/university.

Minimum Mark Requirement: Applicants must typically have achieved a minimum of 50% overall marks in their Bachelor's Degree (or 45% for applicants in a reserved category).

Final Year Students: Final year students can also be considered if they will complete their Bachelor's Degree and meet the minimum eligibility criteria before the start of the programme.

Entrance Examination Score: GIBS accepts valid scores from the national level management entrance examinations, such as CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, and GMAT, as part of the selection process. While entrance examination scores are not the sole determining factor for this programme, they play a significant role in the selection process.
