How is the infrastructure of Aligarh Muslim University?

<p>AMU has a state-of-the-art infrastructure to meet the academic and research needs of the students. Spread across <strong>1,155 acres</strong> of land, Aligarh Muslim University is very well-connected for the students. It has all the modern amenities, such as world-class classrooms, well-equipped labs, and separate hostel accommodation for boys and girls. In total, the university has <strong>20</strong> hostels, wherein <strong>14 </strong>hostels are for boys&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>6</strong> hostels are for girls. The campus features a dining hall, a reading room, a common room with indoor games equipment, a library, sports clubs, and more.</p>

The 1,155-acre Aligarh Muslim University campus is located in the city of Aligarh. The railway station the nearest to the college is Aligarh Junction. The bulk of the residential institutes instructors, staff, and students dwell on campus. There are 80 hostels and 19 dorms (13 for boys and 6 for girls) for students. Each hall is responsible for maintaining a dining hall, a common area with indoor game equipment, a reading room, a library, sports groups, and a literary society.
