For subject-wise scores, the Joint Entrance Examination conducting authority will consider the total marks obtained in a subject by a student in both papers. For example, marks secured by a student in the Physics section of both papers will be added to determine the total marks in the subject. The same procedure will be followed for Mathematics and Chemistry. The Joint Entrance Examination-Advanced exam conducting authorities will then calculate the aggregate marks or scores of the students in the Joint Entrance Examination-Advanced 2023 on the total marks students secured in each subject.
