Each year, our coding enthusiasts continually elevate expectations, achieving placements with renowned international companies such as Microsoft, Google, and Apple. The modern laboratories for Computer Science and Engineering students consist of specialised areas like the Oracle lab and Google lab. I would like to share some images of these labs with you.</p><p>Guided by their supervisors, students have accomplished several remarkable projects, including:</p><p>1) Smart Home: An IoT-based device created to manage home appliances through various sensors. By analyzing sensory data and information, the system informs users about the status of lights and other electronic appliances via their smartphones. This product not only features high energy efficiency but also aids in electricity conservation.</p><p>2) Face Prediction System: An innovative system that forecasts and generates the image of any entity, extending beyond human faces. Developed using JAVA8, the interface functions in offline mode, allowing users to enter data. This system may have valuable applications in identifying and sketching criminal faces, thus helping to reduce crime rates in society.</p><p>3) Third Eye - A Device for Visually Impaired People: In response to the difficulties encountered by visually impaired individuals amid growing populations and urbanization, this mobile-embedded device improves independent mobility. The device assists users and alerts them about possible obstacles in their way, including GSM functionality for calling and messaging during emergencies.</p>

A dedicated iMac lab with 33 iMac systems in the central part of the University (Block-37) to incorporate the academic needs of School of Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Applications and Journalism. The lab is housed in a very calm and learning environment with the State-of-the-Art furniture and amenities like projector, white-board, Audio-Visual aids, etc. All the iMac systems installed in this lab are of the model iMac (21.5-inch, Mid 2011) with OSX-EL-Capitan operating system installed. LPU is proud to be associated with Google Inc. within campus, Centre of Excellence for Mobile Application Development (Engineering) and Digital Marketing (MBA) Offers Android App Development and Digital Marketing certification exams: Mapped syllabus Dedicated Chrome Lab and multiple Systems directly connected with Google Cloud and easy access to The G Suite for Education (formerly called Google Apps for Education) Google Sponsored Technical events, open employment, entrepreneurship and consultancy opportunities for students. Enterprise resource planning is the key to success in the corporate world and taking into consideration LPU has established the latest SAP Labs and offering students with updated curriculum to learn technology under tie-up with SAP Education. The course curriculum is mapped with the certification offered by SAP on different modules like Programming (ABAP), HR, Financial Management, Stock Management, Production Management etc. All the courses cost around Lacs in the market, are being offered to the LPU students free of cost just because of collaboration of LPU with SAP Education.

First in its class, this lab has all in it which is very essential to pursue career in aviation. Digital VLSI Design Lab State-of-the-art Industry version EDA Tools from Cadence Design Systems, Mentor Graphics and Xilinx &amp; Altera FPGA Development Kits, Verilog, VHDL Design &amp; Simulation Tools. Post Graduate/Research Laboratories Dedicated research laboratories with essential research facilities. Analysis and characterization is done by high profile instrumentation which are available within the departments. I am an alumni of LPu from CSE dept 2015 batch. There are great labs in LPU in which we have done a lot of projects and attended our practical classes. In LPU there are labs that students utilize for work such as Oracle lab Google lab iMac Lab Research Laboratories Digital VLSI Design Lab High-end Workstations Labs Apart from this LPU also have Aviation Lab Model Making Lab For Architecture Drug Analysis Laboratory Advanced Training Kitchen CAD-CAM Lab Power Systems Lab LPU always provides all the important facilities and equipment which helped us a lot for effective learning during our studies.
